This course covers customer service standards, teaching the demeanour, style, and attitude that should characterise workers involved in customer service.
Aviva has completed a number of training courses provided by Airports Council International (ACI), the International Air Transport Association (IATA), and various airlines. Aviva is a certified instructor for programmes teaching airport staff how to assist persons with disabilities and reduced mobility (PRM). She conducts various ground handling courses and participates in the development of training programmes.
Elīna gained the professional skills she needed to acquire an instructor qualification at the International Air Transport Association (IATA). She teaches and develops training programmes in ground handling, as well as teaches courses in customer service and assisting persons with disabilities.
