Human Factors and Team Building Programme

Training focuses on the Human Factors impact on human performance, the ability to do a job safely and effectively.

Objectives of the training: the trainee demonstrates effective use of available resources, understanding of team building, effective communication, problem solving, decision-making, situational awareness and performance-raising. The knowledge gained is applied to reduce human performance-related errors.
